The first round of the season will take place on 5-8 March 2016 in Transcarpathia, Mukachevo district, near the resort bruises. Tour cost 3800 UAH. Included: accommodation in comfortable conditions (double and single rooms, a bathroom in the room), three hot meals, yoga therapy program and practice of hatha yoga, transfer from / to station “Karpaty”.

In summer we offer tours weekly, ten-day and two-week cycle yoga therapy.

The program is built in accordance with the comprehensive therapy Sahaja Yoga Kriya dhauti – the literal translation of “simplified purification of water, sun, air and inner fire.”

According to Ayur-vedoyu and yoga therapy the body is seen as a microcosm, and consists of three elements macrocosm and their interaction: air, water and fire. (Element “earth” in the body is seen as the interaction of the three). Cleansing the body and restore the proper interaction of these factors is based on practical, conscious influence those who practice, certain techniques of yoga therapy on his own body by using these elements.

Consequently, the program of the camp includes:

  • Morning practice Yoga therapy: treatment procedures + yoga exercises
  • Pranayama in Motion (march on foot)
  • Vegetarian sattvic food. Use energy-nutritious vegetarian cuisines.
  • Evening practice of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga vin’yasa with built-in appliances Sahaja dhauti Kriya
  • Lectures and talks with the Vedic culture, Ayur-Veda, Yoga. Discussion.
  • Daily walking hiking, bike riding; in agreement with the group – tours.

In the morning practice perform cleaning procedures Sahaja-dhauti-cut, which also includes asana “classical” Hatha Yoga, Sivananda offered, which also directed most of the awakening and cleansing of the body, its various plans. Also, the practice of using the rays of the rising sun for energy recovery inner fire (pitta alochana) that is responsible for vision.
